It’s not always an after-effect

 

 

 

A lot of times, the love letters are filled with prophetic promises of what God will do to fix a problem. It may be for healing, to rescue us from a trial, to cause water to spring out into the desert, ashes into beauty, to reconcile love, to vindicate, give justice, etc…

 

A love letter from God is not always an after effect. I have had several times when God gave me a love letter that was my weapon to PREVENT a difficulty. 

 

Just like “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” some love letters that God gives us are actual medicine to stop an illness, cancel an attack, or turn bad dreams into good outcomes. 

 

One time, God showed me that a fear I had was coming from the enemy to try to get me into agreement by giving it my belief and attention. By thinking about that fear, I was actually causing it to take a formation to be real.

 

Yet because it was still in the far off distance, God gave me a prophetic love letter to stop the thing from becoming real. In the love letter there was, 

 

1. A promise of a good outcome.
2. A promise that the fear would never come
3. And the medicinal thoughts that I needed to have in order to keep it from becoming real.

 

I followed that instructions of God’s promised medicine, and that fearful threat faded away into nothing. It never came and it never will. 

 

A love letter from God can change your life–if you do what He instructs and put action into the words with faith thoughts and active hopes. 

 

Another time, I made a bad choice and I fell into a pit that I couldn’t dig myself out of. There was someone that had some dirt on me that could have been really hurtful and embarrassing to go through. 

 

Even though I knew God was able to clean up the “aftermath” of something bad happening, I really hoped and prayed that God would prevent that bad thing from happening. 

 

After I prayed about it, God gave me a prophetic love letter about the situation. As the other love letter, there was a promise of how God would make it turn out and the preventative medicine to stop the assault from coming. 

 

It really seemed impossible to stop this attack because the person who had yielded as an instrument of evil appeared to be completely hard-hearted and without empathy at all. 

 

In the letter of promise that God gave me, He told me just to ignore the person and that God would stop the attack from coming. That is exactly what happened too. 

 

The person lost interest in hurting me and went off to bother someone else. That was years ago, and the person has never finished doing the evil threats that he said that he would. 

 

One of the most powerful preventative love letters God ever gave me, was also a time when someone had the power to hurt me really bad. In the night, God took me into a tour of that person’s heart. 

 

I watched from above, as God cradled that person in His loving arms and said exactly what that afflicted soul needed to hear. 

 

After that, God gave me the exact words to share in a love letter, and the love letter from the Father softened the heart of this person that was ready to kill me and everything I had been doing. 

 

Not only did God stop the attack, but His love brought healing to everyone involved. That was one of my favorite examples, because I got to see God protect me in a moving and forceful way. God prevented the evil that was coming at me and made everything truly lovely. 

 

I have had so many prophetic love letters for the aftermath of a problem. Some have been fulfilled and some have been still ripening at the appointed time, like apples on a tree. 

 

I love those so much. There is nothing like the hope of beauty coming from the times of pain and seeing God’s glory arise from our weaknesses. 

 

I must say, that seeing fears prevented and attacks stopped is truly amazing and life changing. I have been in the furnace that was 7 times hotter than it should be, and I have come out without even a drop of sweat on my body. 

 

I have seen God shut the mouths of the lions so that I would not be hurt. Like Moses floating in a fragile basket down a river full of crocodiles, God has prevented the attacks and kept me safe from so many fears coming to pass. 

 

If you have a worry or fear that is bothering you, I pray that God will give you the perfect “apple” of His love to prevent those attacks. Sometimes the storms come because there is more blessing in the recovery, but sometimes we never have to endure them at all.

May point in sharing this is to comfort someone right now who may be looking at an approaching storm. Some storms can be prevented, with an extra sweet dose of God’s preventative love. 

 

So before you fret, worry, or panic…try to hope for the opposite outcome. Believe that the God can and will stop those crocodiles or lions from opening their mouths. 

 

You have more options than to accept your fears. God can turn it all around, with the partnership of your faith, hope, and trust. Your hope-filled thoughts can transform the outcomes of so many things.
