A fulfilled promise from God is like a flower that blooms miraculously. It starts with a seed of what God will do, and that seed is planted for us to believe. When we apply our bold, determined faith in certain ways, it can cause blooms of fulfillment to rise out of nowhere.
All too often, people wait for the promise to be fulfilled, always keeping a mindset of the promise being distant from them, and then it never comes to fruition. However, if we abide in the promise as our identity, those promises will rise into miracles that happen repeatedly, like continuous blooms.
That is why so many never see the promises fulfilled into bloom. That way of thinking always keeps the fulfillment away from them, because it is an unseen root system of beliefs that it is not theirs. We blossom into who we are. The promises bloom from our identity.
In 2016, the Lord began a journey with me, to show me how to grow seeds of fulfilled promises from Him, as an ever-present bloom to blanket over every need, hope, and longing.
Like any new gardener, I had to grow with God through very deep training. He would have me move by faith in unique ways, and the Lord trained me on how to think, feel, and act in order to see these miracle promises bloom into my present reality.
The beauty of the miraculous is hidden in contrast. When you dare to trust beyond what you see, the unexpected miracles begin to pour out like sparkling rain, falling without a cloud in the sky. Over the course of almost 3 years, God showed up with hidden riches to give us refuge in a city sky-rise vacation apartment in the glitzy downtown Chicago.
For nearly a decade, the Lord has caused His promise to emerge like bubbling fountains rising out of the baked desert ground. He took us to a gorgeous loft apartment in Lansing. Michigan, and to an exciting summer stay at a highly desirable condo in the bustling city of Ann Arbor.
It was a wondrous experience of seeing promises bloom like pink saucers to drink His ever-present love support for us. During my travels, the Lord held us up in His promise to be our home, and He has given us refuge in lovely hotels, city skyscraper Airbnb apartments, a luxurious mountain resort, and even a travel castle home for more than 3 years.
It was not about the outside situation, rather I learned to pray from my identity and to draw the invisible promises out by faith. By faith, I had to become the promises. I had no income, no welfare, no government benefits, no one to depend on. Yet, as I touched my faith to His promise, His power, miracles would emerge out of nowhere.
It was completely illogical and probably unbelievable to most, but the inner-child Dannette, couldn’t help but to believe and trust with curiosity, awe, and wonder. God rewarded that trusting faith, with the outcome that I expected to see.
I learned that each promise was not a ‘one time’ bloom, but each promise was FOREVER….a vow of enduring love from the Father. Each step of the way, the Lord would give me a promise, and the promise would blossom into a tangible rescue for all of our needs.
For almost a decade the Lord has given me promises and then taught me how to see them fulfilled to be the endless support for our journey. I learned that my security was in His promise, and those promises, like flowers came in different sizes and colors.
At one point we were stranded in Detroit, Michigan with no car, and no funds to get to the next place. The Lord gave me a dream of a dime, and by faith and inner knowledge from the Holy Spirit, I knew that the dime was $10,000.
After God gave me the promise, He would show me how to transition into it through active, engaged thinking and imaging, to see the promise bloom into reality. Just like every other time before, God came through with the fulfilled bloom of the $10,000, and it was our ever-present rescue from a dangerous looking situation.
From that first bloom, the $10,000 promise has bloomed many times again and again. There have been countless other promises that have arrived similar to that since then. The way to see the promises that bloom is strategic.
It means changing every thought, every imagination, and even what we believe to the core of ourselves. It is a process of purifying what we think, envision, entertain, and believe. Not ever thought, dream, or vision is from God. It takes going through everything with a fine-tooth comb, and only accepting the good for ourselves.
We must boldly dance into our fears, and test them with our faith in God’s love for us. That means doing things that are hard, and uncomfortable, so that love can expand, and grow to replace the mold of fears that kills the promises from coming into bloom.
Only love can remain, we must evict the fears permanently. Seeing promises fulfilled through each step means learning to walk out of our comfort zones and challenge the fears. We must be open to learning a new belief system about the Father’s heart, by letting go of toxic thought patterns, and learning to only feed on love, hope, and joy.
The true test comes when we must walk through situations that look the opposite of the promises, and they always do. That is when our faith is engaged deeply, and the seed of promise cracks open to cause the sprout of fulfillment to arrive.
The landscape is then transformed, and it is a glorious miracle change. Like lavish violet and fuchsia blooms, the barren looking ground becomes a tapestry of unfathomable beauty.
Living on God’s hidden riches, means we must look away from the logic we see in the world, and dive deep into child-like imagination and simple trust. We must build our house upon the rock of God’s support with trust and look for the miracles with child-like wonder in our heart.
We are not of this world, and therefore we are not governed by those limitations. There are a myriad of ways to see hidden riches instantaneously emerge as God supports us with His love, and makes all things possible.
True stability is found in God’s support, and His endless, ever-intentional love, and God has been my miracle home and my income. His promise is the castle where I live….
The foundations of the world can fall away. The economy can collapse, and welfare can be eliminated. Jobs can be terminated, social security can fail, etc. The only ONE you can truly count on is Jesus. The riches of God are always ENDLESS and SOVEREIGN. They are STABLE….even though it may feel like they are not.
It is all about abiding in the promise as already done, and healing from the afflictions of fears along the way. It’s a dance of engaged trust in God, and a partnership of designing a whimsical garden with Him of lasting, flourishing love.
