It is at the moment when you are about to break. It gets harder and harder to breathe and your heart starts to race. The walls are closing in on all sides, and it feels like you will suffocate on the inside. 

You are fighting back the tears that are filling up your eyes, like trying to keep the floods from washing away this heart desire. It is a time when everything seems too intense from the pressure of what you need so desperately, as the dark tempest is whistling for you to give up completely. 

It is at that moment that it takes all of your strength to stay in faith, but every ounce of your flesh is screaming for you to do something quick to end the pain. 

This, my friend, is the tension that comes before change, and it is the first sign that the answer to your prayer is on the way, and you are about to feel relief. 

The discomfort is proof that the door to fulfillment is about to open for you, because the pressure is a sign that you are moving into something new. 

Just before the answer to your prayers is seen with your eyes, the waves of resistance mount up with one last swelling try. 

So if you are down on your knees, and fighting off the doubts, and fears with agony. Know that this brief time of discomfort is the first sign of proof, that the thing that you prayed for is about to come true. 

Suddenly, out of the blue, the waves that wish to take you away will be parted for you! You’ll see the glorious light of fulfillment before your eyes, as God steps in to do far more than you could ever hope, imagine, or describe. 

Celebrate, dear heart, because you are crossing over to the other side, where the sun is bright, and the beauty of your prayers materialize like a rainbow before your eyes.
