When this faith traveling journey of promise started with God, I was facing fears beyond what I could comprehend or mentally endure. 

I was stranded at a hotel room with no vehicle, no income, and no one that I could call to help me, while having two young daughters to care for. There was no logical way to survive. The promises that God made me were my only life line. 

It was during that extremely delicate and dangerous time that the Lord started to give me Love Letters of Promise. Because I was facing so many extremes, He would give me concentrated promises for me to cling to. 

It was like I was clinging to the edge of a high mountain cliff and all I could handle doing was repeating the same promise over and over again to get through it. 

During that time, the Lord promised not to drop us and to be our support (and our home). I depended on those promises all of my life, as my children depended on me to do the same. 

The Lord was beyond faithful and He kept His promises. He never dropped us. Through each situation, He would add new concentrated promises, to help me survive the most terrifying times. 

When I was faced with a physical illness that was threatening surgery, the Lord promised to heal me naturally and that no surgery would be needed. I clung to that promise during the entire ordeal, and the illness that I was facing back then went away naturally, just as God promised. 

Another time during this journey, I was faced with threats of losing my children with my ex husband. Before everything happened, the Lord promised me that there would be no courts, and that my children would stay safe with me. 

I clung to that promise, when we were suddenly faced with police visits and government official assessments. Even though I was facing my worst possible fears, the Lord was true to His promises and He kept my children safe in my care. 

Nothing bad happened….

The accumulation of stories is more than I can even share. It has been a journey of facing terrifying dangers, and seeing the Love of God’s promises save the day, time and time again. 

Just recently, I went through another dangerous looking situation with the hotel we were staying at. We had to evacuate a hotel suddenly, and then trust God to provide for a new place. 

Everything suddenly looked bad, and there were threats of bad things happening. During that ordeal, the Lord promised me that He would not hurt us. I had to trust not in what I was seeing in the natural, but what God promised. He is Sovereign over all. 

Like a tempest wind that blew in and then blew out, the threats of danger were swept away and God’s love saved the day. He never hurt us or allowed us to be harmed. He answered my prayers to go back to an Airbnb, and He carried us into a cozy apartment in the city, where we could find refuge from the storm. 

I am going to be sharing the full, beautiful story of that testimony very soon. But for now, I am staying on the topic of this message. 

There is power in the concentration of God’s promises. Over the years the love letters have grown into very lengthy, poetic letters that twist and turn like a silk garment in the wind. 

However, there is so much power in focus and concentration. Most of my greatest testimonies of miracles from God came from very concentrated promises that I would repeat and visualize over and over and over. 

For that reason, I am introducing personal LOVE NOTES. A personal love note is shorter and more concentrated than the lengthy personal love letters that I have been offering. 

A personal love note cuts to the point and gives you the messages of power and promise that you need to get through a certain time. They are much easier to receive, without all of the long-winded wordings. 

Whatever the promise, it will be easy to locate, so that you can easily apply your faith and engage into the identity of your promise. Because we see the fulfillment of where our focus is. 

That is why it is more powerful to have a short list of promises to strum through our thoughts, than to have a 5 page letter that weaves in and out of many colorful and visual adventures. When facing a crisis in real life, having a short and concentrated promise from God can unfold into a miracle that brings a spontaneous change. 

I will always love the elegance and beauty of long love letters. But each situation calls for a differing tool.

Sometimes less is so much more ♡
